It all began with an idea... Maybe my friends and relatives would enjoy a premium small batch sauce, and select spices and rubs rather than those from the mass producers? Sourcing the finest ingredients paired with the love of cooking I present to you some of the best culinary condiments this side of the block! But that’s not all this site is about! From sauces to rubs to spices to Italian American specialty recipes this is could be your new “GOTO” site! Here you will find my favorite recipes inspired by cuisines I grew up with and live by today. Step by step instructions anyone can follow to please the most demanding of palates. This is absolutely the best Alfredo you will ever taste! I use only the best Parmesan Reggiano from Italy (certified) then slowly simmer with my unique blend of spices to give a smooth taste in a mild and velvety cream sauce. It will bring a tear of joy to even the most discriminating NONA!

Growing up in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn New York, within minutes from the most fascinating restaurants in the country, I quickly became mesmerized by the flavors and smells of cuisines from around the globe. My culinary journey took me through one of the most iconic casual restaurant chains in the U.S. I quickly adapted to unique cooking styles and grew quickly from working the line to managing a high pace high volume kitchen. From that moment my desire to use creativity in the development of unique menu items became an increased focus. I always wanted to highlight fresh ingredients that were in appreciation of each season. Testing recipes I worked diligently with other aspiring chefs to keep our menu’s alive with the tastes and aromas of the season. Here I am almost 40 years later, after leaving the culinary world and working in medicine I am taking the biggest step in my life - RETIREMENT! I attended the Culinary Institute of America and specialized in Northern Italian Cuisine. I have been cooking and testing and creating all my life and now is the time to bring everything back full circle and do what I want to do - FEED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY SOME OF THE BEST FOOD THEY HAVE EVER TASTED …and while I’m at it, share my most beloved recipes right here with you.
